Shipping policy

Turn around time for this shop varies on what is ordered. Pottery is all ready to be shipped and should take around 1-3 business days to prepare and package before it is sent to the post office to be shipped. Plushies are made to order and could take 1-2 weeks depending on the number of orders the shop is working on. Some plushies could be pre-made and in stock for various reasons. Those pre-made plushies should the around 1-3 days to prepare and ship. Once the order is in the mail, it is out of the shop's control and could be delayed due to shipping delays, especially around the holidays.
